House rules
A few simple rules so everyone enjoys a great stay.
By booking Studio du Grazel, you accept these house rules, which complete our rental conditions. Please follow them for everyone’s comfort and to keep the home in good condition.
Non-smoking home
Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the studio. You may smoke outside using an ashtray.
Pets
A dog is welcome. It must not get on the beds or sofas, nor be left alone if noisy. Please pick up after it.
Respect for neighbours
The studio is in a residential building. Please keep noise down, especially between 10 pm and 8 am. Parties and loud gatherings are not allowed.
Number of guests
The home hosts up to 4 people (plus a baby cot). Please do not host extra guests not declared at booking.
End-of-stay cleaning
The home must be left clean and tidy. Without the cleaning option (€30), please do a simple clean before leaving: dishes, bins, surfaces.
Waste sorting
Please sort your waste and drop it in the dedicated room (“V.O”). Do not leave rubbish bags in the home when you leave.
Parking and remote
A private parking space is reserved for you. The gate remote must be left on the table at checkout. Any loss is charged €100.
Keys and access
Access is via a coded key box. On departure, put the key back in the box and scramble the code.
Before you leave
Please close the windows and shutters, switch off the air conditioning and lights, and leave the parking remote on the table.
Damage
The home is carefully equipped. Please report any breakage or problem. Damage and losses may be deducted from the deposit.
