Frequently asked questions about rates
What is the minimum number of nights?
2 nights in low and mid season, 7 nights in high season (mid-June to August). The calendar above automatically applies the minimum matching your dates.
Is the €300 deposit charged?
No. It is simply a card imprint made through our partner Swikly. No money is taken, your funds are not frozen and your card limit is not affected. The imprint is released after your departure, unless damage is found.
Are there any hidden fees or commission?
No commission: you book directly with the owner, with no platform fees. The only extras are the tourist tax (€1.10 per night per adult) and, if you wish, the end-of-stay cleaning (€30, optional). The cot and your dog are free of charge.
When do I pay?
A 30% deposit is paid at booking by credit card (secure Stripe payment, 3D Secure). The balance is due 30 days before arrival. For a last-minute booking, the full amount is paid at once.
